At Aimia, we had the mission to consolidate the data centers (from 42 to 4) and some of the systems such as email, Active Directory and other corporate systems. The challenges were of all kinds but the greatest was the resistance to these changes. With little executive support and working with groups of individuals who were located very far from Montreal, for example London in England, Sydney in Australia, and Minneapolis in the United States, Titan Change used all the tricks in their bag to melt this resistance. They succeeded in this mission which seemed to me at first sight extremely difficult, if not impossible. I would hire Titan Change immediately if I was faced with this kind of challenge.
